RMA Request

For returning an item to Noraxon, please use UPS, FedEx, DHL, or EMS (US Postal Service) and not a freight-forwarder. Using a freight-forwarder incurs additional brokerage fees, which Noraxon gets billed for directly. If a package is shipped to Noraxon via a carrier other than the ones listed above, it may be refused.

Also, Noraxon’s position is that this return shipment is not a sale – it is for a repair, replacement, or for returning equipment. Listing a Customs or Insurance value of $5,000.00 USD or more will result in a delay at United States Customs.

NOTE: Unit and cables must be cleaned. A $75 cleaning charge will apply to uncleaned leads. Unless your equipment is covered under warranty, the minimum repair/testing charge will be $200.00, which may or may not include replacement parts or significant repairs.

NOTE: If you are returning Noraxon accessories or disposables, please reference your sales order number where it asks for the serial number. Select return in the dropdown box under Type of Service.
